“This hotel presents a solid option for stays in Concord, with staff consistently noted for their welcoming and helpful nature. Rooms, generally a good size and clean, offer comfortable beds, though some feedback suggests improvements are needed for mattress comfort and soundproofing for the AC units. While the bar and restaurant area are pleasant, and the fitness room is well-regarded, the breakfast service appears to be a point where quality and value could be reconsidered.”
